Training courses held in-house at your premises, will be invoiced prior to the course being held and

must be paid for prior to the date of the training.

In the event of cancellation of the course by the client, our policy states that any work conducted

prior to the course in regards to course content will be billed in full. A full refund will be provided on

the actual cost of the course, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 30 working

days prior to the course date or in relation to NEBOSH courses the exam registration date whichever

is the earlier. A 50% refund will be provided up to 10 working days prior to the course date and

cancellations received less than 10 working days before the course, are not entitled to a refund.

In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of

the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date.

Unless otherwise stated, the course fees do not include registration or certification fees payable by

the learner to NEBOSH or any other accrediting bodies, nor do the course fees include examination

fees, whether payable to the Company or an external examination provider. Where such fees are

payable by the Company, it shall have the right to pass on the amount of such fee or any increase of

such fee notified to it after the date of enrolment.

NEBOSH fees in relation to examination arrangement and learner registration fees are non-refundable.
